Feeding yourself, let alone your family, is a time-consuming, money-draining, mess-generating process. And if you're not whipping up from-scratch, whole-wheat, gluten-free, raw-vegan, non-GMO, organic leafy baked goods in 30 minutes or less, you might as well hand back in your (often) lady parts. If there wasn't enough pressure to be an effortless master chef, throw a toddler, picky eater or some food allergies into the mix, and the best-laid, most painstakingly crafted meal plans end up scrapped in favor of some Easy Mac with a side of wilted defeat.
I'm not a particularly fancy home-cook, but I've devoted hours to the food question, so I figured I'd share what we're eating: ideas for what to serve for whatever meal you're planning, along with any tips or tricks I pick up in my still largely trial-and-error process. Bon Appetite!
